· PT: personalized and individualized training follow-up service, in order to achieve the specific objectives of each client, be it weight control, improvement of physical condition, initiation to a sport or individual learning;

· PT duo: personalized follow-up service for the training of two clients with similar goals and who want to train together (family, friends, etc.).

Group classes:

· GYMNASTICS 50+:

Regular group physical activity program for the 50+ population, taking into account their characteristics.

· LOW PRESSURE FITNESS:

The hypopressive method consists of a series of techniques and postures that aim to reduce pressure in the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities.

· LOW PRESSURE FITNESS (Postpartum hypopressants):

 The difference between a normal LPF class and the Postpartum class is that moms take a 12-week course for faster postpartum recovery and can take the class in the company of their babies.

· EQUILIBRIUM CIRCUIT:

This modality consists of performing several circuit exercises with different intensities and different working methods.

· FLY FIT:

This sport meets lovers of challenges and the feeling of control of the suspended body.
